Joe Heit (Artisan Fabricating) made a beautiful, highly professional travertine plaque for us. The stone is lovely. The lettering is excellent. The plaque is quick large but he packed it so well that it arrived in perfect condition. We found it extremely easy to deal with Joe. He always got back to us quickly and clearly. We could not have had a better experience, and we may order more from him in the future!

Joe is a true artisan. The tile border is perfect for my needs. Communication is very prompt and helpful. To say his packaging is robust would be an understatement....I see no way anything could ever be broken even by the worst baggage gorilla of a transporter. Really shows he wants things to be right. I cannot thank you enough for your beautiful tile work! these words do it no justice, it is a true work of art. Joe was so responsive, from the planing phase to the actually delivery of the tile. Joe your token gift was just the kindest ! I totally love the coasters. I will send you a picture when the tile is placed, I am sure it won't be till late summer. I am still waiting on a start date for my kitchen project, I only wish all others suppliers were as responsive as you. PS. I have to say Your packing is stellar!!!! Thank you, Bernadette Gould

I ordered this for a client's kitchen and we are all very happy with the Tree of Life mosaic. The mosaic looks great and is just as he described and portrayed on this site. Joe was very professional and quick to answer any questions I had regarding the project. When the mosaic arrived, the packaging was superb. The tile is beautiful. You did a perfect job which evidences your master craftsmanship, and packaged it with care. I know it was just a small thing, but it was the keystone to finishing my master bath "spa" look. Love it. All the best to you, and thanks much!

I received my samples today from Artisan Fabricating, Inc/Joe Heit. I am very impressed with Joe’s work. The tiles are beautiful and look like what I had in mind for my project:-). I like that Joe had a variety of techniques to choose from. That I got tiles that have my design on them and they look like what I expected makes me a very satisfied customer. Looking forward to putting in my order. Thank you!

I am very happy with the product and thought Joe was very professional. I would definitely recommend him. The only suggestion I would make is for final project to be displayed in type of environment (inside or outside) so it will end up so lighting that would depict more accurate view for final approval. However, truly satisfied with Joe's work.

As we moved thru the process Joe answered all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. He provided exactly what I was looking for, great job!!
