My name badges arrived today, and, I am happy with the finished product. I found the communication with Melissa to be 'spotty' at best. Sometimes the communication was quick and professional, but, sometimes I couldn't reach her, and, on one occasion, I had to get help from Custommade support. I found that the project took longer than indicated, perhaps because after making the first badge, Melissa suggested enlarging the size of the project (at no additional cost to me), which I think was the correct decision. I appreciate her professionalism, and, her artistic sensibilities. Delivery took almost two weeks, but, that maybe because of the distance. Overall, I am pleased with the end result, and, I do think Melissa was professional, and, the value is appropriate for what I received. I would consider working with Melissa, again.

Melissa did and amazing job on engraving my pens I had a very custom order and she could not have done any better. She responded to all my messages very fast and was very helpful with the whole process considering this was my first time. As a matter of fact I am so happy with her work I am having more shipped to her to be engraved as I write this post. Also she is very reasonable on her prices!
