Charles was extremely professional, honest, and highly skilled! We are so thrilled with his quality of work. We had bought a custom slab table from Thailand and when it arrived, it wasn't flat -- there were wobbles and curves in the table. We wanted someone who could fix it -- Charles came by for a free quote & estimate and very clearly articulated what could be done. We were very impressed by his knowledge & helpfulness. While he worked on the table, there were a few natural holes in the wood and he reached out to us proactively to explain the situation and give us his recommendations.
