Maker Policy
Refunds are not available for custom work but I am happy to rework a piece to your satisfaction if you let me know there's a problem within seven days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned unsoiled and undamaged and shipping charges, as well as any damage sustained, are the responsibility of the customer. I reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee for projects that are halted after I submit design ideas or begin work. I often waive this fee if the item is one I can re-use. I do charge for materials which have been procured or created solely for the project - a customized inlay, special hardware or wood, etc. They will be delivered to the client and their cost, plus shipping expense, will be deducted from any deposit received.
