Received on time. Communication was excellent. Extremely professional: was responsive to feedback and provided regular updates. Expertise: excellent woodwork. Shipping/delivery: excellent, furniture was protected against damage with sturdy crate and substantial quilted padding. Good value and excellent quality, beautiful wood. Quote was underestimated because of organic design process but I am happy. If you desire a more accurate estimate, I would recommend providing comprehensive drawings with dimensions and part listings.

I am extremely happy with the beautiful work Neiko did on my table. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He made great suggestions along the way and went out of his way to make everything as easy as possible for me, checking in with updates and keeping me in the loop on my order status. I recommend working with Neiko on any custom furniture needs.

I just received our costumized redwood console table and it is gorgeous. It turned out better than expected. Neiko was very easy to work with. Communication was on point. Neiko Pagaduan not only a fine artist and craftsman, but a great communicator as well. He helped me decide on the wood and design of the cutting board (a wedding present and needed to be most special). He was patient and professional with all my questions and generally delightful to work with. The walnut butcher block board is of excellent quality and a real showpiece created to last a lifetime! I will without doubt return to him for my next wood project.

Neiko was fantastic to work with. Gave me frequent updates along the way, always asked for my feedback, and always knew how to answer my questions. Incredibly responsive, all the time. Shipping was ridiculously fast (it was ready to be delivered before I was even ready to accept it); there was a minor snafu because the bolts for the table weren't well marked in the crate (and consequently thrown away as trash), but Neiko helped to resolve this quickly and ably. The end product (single slab reclaimed wood desk) is gorgeous-- a piece I will cherish forever! Thanks Neiko!

We are extremely happy with our new live edge bench. The project went very smoothly, and we enjoyed working with Neiko. Preliminary discussion of the materials and the expected time frame was easily completed without confusion. Communication during the process was excellent. Packed well and arriving a few days following completion, the stunning final product is a perfect size with beautiful lines. We would love to work with Neiko on a future project.

Neiko just delivered our table today and it looks great! He had a good selction of woods for us to choose from and the finished table and custom legs are just what we wanted. Neiko was very easy to work with and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process.
