Shipping Policy

I ship in the US mainly through FedEx or UPS. Other requests will be consdered but must be made at time of ordering.

REFUND: Claims for refunds must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Since my items are all custom, after the project has been started, the most I will credit your purchase is 50% of the total project. RETURNS: Claims for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Shipping is not refundable. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping (deducted from refund) and will also be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
