The final product turned out better than I expected, arrived before I was expecting it, and fit perfectly in the transom I was replacing the glass in. I 100% recommend and will be getting more stained glass from her in the near future.

Pam is a pleasure to work with, easy to communicate with, and quickly helped me find just the right glass for the pattern. The finished stained glass panel is beautiful, too! The panel is both well made (great fit and finish), and beautiful! The colors are especially vibrant :) Completion was on-schedule, shipping prompt, and the panel was very carefully packed. Thank you Pam for your great work. I am pleased with the final product and I know our International President will love it. My only dislike about this entire process was the communication. Email is okay but when there is funds involved I'd rather talk with the person. I found Pam by googling stain glass bar sign. Thank you very much.

She completed my project in a timely manner and shipped it out right away. She did it to my exact specifications which is what I wanted. She answered my messages in a timely manner and her answers touched exactly on the questions I asked. The project that I commissioned was probably not too difficult for her and she completed professionally and with expertise. Would definitely work with her again.

We got a stained glass window made from Pam and are thrilled with it. We have never used Custom Made before and couldn't be happier with the end results. Pam let us know the progress all along and the delivery was seamless.

Working with Pam was nothing but professional! The workmanship is above what anyone could expect. Not only would I recommend Pam but will use her again hands down. If you want personal pride and quality let A Glass Menagerie be you choice for stain glass.

I wanted a piece for my son that included his new company logo. I contacted CustomMade and several artists responded. Pam stood out among the responders because she immediately started sending me ideas and mock ups of the logo that I had sent her. She even wanted to know about my son’s personality, tastes, etc. She asked for pictures of his apartment and his artwork. The piece that she created is whimsical and creative and perfectly reflects my son’s personality. He absolutely loves it. This will be a piece that he can enjoy for a lifetime.

Working with Pam was amazing. I placed the order right after Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift knowing that it might not be done in time. Pam kept me informed of the status and was able to complete and ship just prior to Christmas. Could not have asked for a better experience.

From start to finish, Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I could not be happier with the finished stained glass piece. She went above and beyond at every step, I am so happy that my first experience with an artist on Custom Made was with Pam Hansen. What a blessing she is! This is one piece that is very dear to me and since day 1, she has expressed interest, sympathy, understanding and a passion for the project. This isn't something Pam does for money, she does it out passion and she loves what she does. I spoke with other makers and their prices were a bit pricey, and they even wanted to make it a painting and still charge a lot. I told Pam I couldn't afford much and she sent me a image of what it would look like with a quote and it was extremely reasonable. She sent me constant updates as to what stage she was on, whether i knew what she was talking about or not, and was super informative. And the timing... WOW! When we were first talking, I had expressed to her that i hoped the project would be done when my friend goes into surgery on the 27th and her response was that it would take 3 weeks. Of which, from the day that i accepted the proposal, Sept. 17, meant that the piece wouldn't have been done til the 8th of October. She worked and worked and WORKED to get the piece done by the day that i hoped and boy did she manage to do so. Considering it was done in such a short time, you would think something like this; that takes time and precision, couldn't possibly look good if it was done that fast, but this isn't the case. Its perfect in every way and is everything I had imagined and hoped for plus MORE!! I would definitely recommend Pam to anyone!!!!

Pam was great to work with. She took my requirements and made them into something beautiful. She was timely and informative through the entire process. I would certainly recommend her for stained glass work and will hopefully use her again someday! Attached is the finished glass pane in my almost finished restored window.
