I am so happy with my head chain crafted by Anna! I had a vision for what I wanted to wear for my wedding day, and I went on a limb to use CustomMade, which I had never done before. Anna responded promptly to my inquiry and was very thorough in understanding what I wanted, and even did a sketch for me. She sent me images of materials she thought could work prior to ordering, and updated me on progress throughout. I received the delivery promptly and was beyond pleased with the work she created. She even went as far as providing extra rhinestones just in case and also applying epoxy so that it won't get caught in my hair on the day of. I am really excited to wear this piece and keep it to remember this special day:)

The necklace I had asked to be replicated, came EXACTLY like the one I used to have! She was gracious with me and my expectations from beginning to end. I will definitely be using her again in the future for my custom jewelry needs! If you are on the fence about using this maker, I can tell you that you will NOT be disappointed if you invest in her expertise!

I am very happy with the project. She communicated with me every step of the way and kept me updated through the entire project course.

I am very pleased with my project! Anna does a marvelous job. Prior to my piece being made, she mad sure it was what I wanted and as it was being created, she keep me updated by sending pictures of the development. I 100% recommend her to everyone I know and don't know she is amazing. Anna is a hard worker and really makes sure the creation you want comes to life in all the ways you can imagine. My piece was completed in a timely manner and again I am very happy with the results. I am happy she chose to create my piece and that I had the chance to work with her.

I am very happy that Anna accepted my project. The results were unbelievable! She took my description and executed it with perfection. The detailing is incredible and she worked with me by keeping me updated throughout the entire process of the project. Not only was it done in excellence but also before the due date. I would encourage that when you have an idea, anything that you want made, try to contact Anna because you won't be disappointed. It was a pleasure to work with her.

For my project, I worked with Ms. Anna Cordner. Within days of posting my project idea on CustomMade, Anna replied with not only a sketch of my idea (exactly how I imagined it), but also background on her experiences and abilities. She was up front with what she was able to do, and was very excited to begin working on the pendant I wanted to give my wife for Mother's Day. Once I committed to Ms. Cordner for creating my project, we immediately began a very open and consistent line of communication. She provided advice and options on every step of the creation process. She explained how she would create the pendant and what material/processes she would use. I asked Ms. Cordner if she would be able to finish the project and have it delivered in time for Mother's Day, which was only 12 days away. She more than met the deadline; there was a slight mishap during the creation process where the pendant broke. Ms. Cordner explained what happened and rearranged her schedule and other projects to recreate the pendant to ensure it would be on time. This was my first time using CustomMade and it was a terrific experience. Ms. Cordner has set the standard of my expectations very high. I would recommend Ms. Cordner to anyone looking for custom made jewelry or silver work. It was an absolute delight working with her.

Anna did a fantastic job making a charm for my fiances bracelet. She had great ideas and worked very hard on my original piece. I am thrilled at how it came out!
