A multitude of varying products - mostly all custom made. I do chainmaille, jewelry, glass etching, automotive and mural painting, vinyl designs, and then some not so custom work with herbalife products and some more name brand non-handmade stuff. A good portion of my business right now is glass etching.

Mellony/Irish Serpent Eclectic was terrific to work with. From ideas for the design, to drafting it out, to working within my budget, she really did everything, was very forthright about costs and dates of completion, was open about suggesting new ideas, and didn't hesitate to take my considerations to mind. Really, I can't say enough about how great it was to work with her. She engraved a specialized/personalized fleur de lis and the initials (in two fonts) of the groomsmen at my wedding, and they fit my budget, look better than I had hoped, and the glasses themselves are much larger than I had anticipated. The picture made them look like glorified shot glasses, but she insisted they were large enough to be double old fashioned/whiskey glasses, and sure enough they are. I plan to work with her again in the future.

Shipping Policy
Area served: Mostly the US - Haven't had too many requests otherwise. Shipping Methods: Buyer pays all shipping fees. I prefer to use UPS ground, unless buyer has a preferred method or a rushed order. I can usually give an estimate of shipping costs at placement of order or shortly thereafter. I have UPS send buyer an email for confirmation of the order being shipped and delivered. I also like to know from the buyer that they have received their package.
Installation Policy
If you are having a large order created, I prefer to have a down payment at the time of order. The remainder at the time order is ready to be shipped. I'm sorry, but I do not accept personal checks at this time. I do take cash, money orders, and credit cards. If you are mailing the payment, I prefer money orders for that method. If for any reason that you must cancel, I need immediate notice. If order is already in production, buyer must pay 40% of order. If order was a large order with a 50% down payment, the remainder will be given back to buyer. If the order being created needs to be completely designed or altered to be produced, there is a $10 set up fee. I cannot refund any customized work. However, if an item were to be damaged in the shipping process, I will replace that item. Buyer must provide visible proof of the damage. Example: JPEG picture of damaged item. If the buyer supplies their own materials to the seller for a custom order, they do so at their own risk. Price of an order with buyer supplied material is 35% less of usual selling price. Any other options of buyer supplied materials can be discussed at a later time. Delivery time frame is based upon order. I try to accommodate buyer needs as much as possible. Maker Policy
I do not do refunds or returns on custom etched items. If it is a mistake on my behalf, I will correct it. If the item is damaged in shipping, I will replace it after proof is presented. There will be a cancellation fee if the order is has already been started and it will be no less than 20% of the order price. Policies have a little more leniency in my custom chainmaille orders. I can take returns or refunds on my jewelry.
