Ann and Bill are truly a pleasure to deal with. The communication through the whole project was exceptional. They truly are masters of their craft. The expertise that they executed my project is second to none. It is like they reached in my mind and pulled the idea to bring it to life. The final product is beautiful beyond all belief. I chose to work with Ann for custom matching bracelets for me and my step sister who will be my maid of honor in my upcoming wedding. My sister worked with Ann on custom bracelets before, and we loved her work, so I knew to go to her for this project. Plus, I wanted the style of the bracelets to be similar so I could wear them together. The custom bracelets for this project turned out even more beautiful than I imagined! The style was spot on to what I had in mind but even more delicate and beautiful. Ann was so easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. She also gave me many choices throughout the process such as chain style, font style, dangle type, etc. I can't wait to give this step sister! Thank you so much Ann!!

Ann was so wonderful and she worked so hard to help me create a pair of earrings for my Mom to match one of her necklaces. She respected my wish to make sure the gems were a certain size and cut and looked really hard for them. Any time I had an idea, she would search the internet and find gems that would work for us. She was also awesome with tossing ideas around and the earrings got to me SO FAST after all of the materials to make them were delivered. I was SO happy with the final product. I highly recommend these jewelers, and I would definitely use them again if I ever needed another custom-made piece of jewelry.

Ann was so accommodating and turned out a great result with a single bad picture (provided by me) and very little else to work with. Very happy.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. You have made a beautiful bracelet and I cannot wait to give it to my mom for Christmas.

Ann was so wonderful. She's very friendly and personable. And she was such a help in designing the necklace for my mom on such short notice even with all the complications. I would definitely use her again to make a jewelry piece.

I highly recommend working with Ann. In fact, I'm already thinking about the next project I want Ann to complete for me. Before I even accepted a proposal from her, Ann listened to my ideas, gave suggestions, and did research about options for the project. She created a charm bracelet that perfectly captured the style I wanted. She sent pictures and asked for input before finalizing anything. She finished the project on time and under budget. Working with Ann was a lot of fun. My sister and I now have matching bracelets that we will wear for years.

Bill and Ann were fantastic! I worked with Ann to design a necklace for my daughter as a wedding gift. I wanted a very specific look for the necklace, and Ann was very patient as we went back and forth with ideas. The finished product was perfect, and I thought the price was very reasonable. Ann is absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning she put in so much thought and effort in the custom bracket that I wanted to get for my girlfriend. She was always on top of communication. Thoroughly professional, she took so much interest that I almost felt I am working with a friend planning a surprise for my girlfriend. I still haven't received the final product but from the pictures it looks perfect.. Better than I Planned. Thank you Ann. Look forward to working with you again!
