The entire experience of the project was amazing. The bracelet, as a piece of jewelry, is exactly what i'd hoped for. A lot of communicating, exchanging ideas (sometimes a little out of the ordinary ideas), dedication from the maker, and a lot of passion, brought me the perfect gift, in time for christmas, from half the world away, even if it meant working through the night. I enjoyed working with Ann and Bill, they are hard working people, very dedicated, and willing to take on any project, no matter how crazy. This project was a magical adventure that began with an idea, circled the globe, materialized from hope to the object of someone's happiness, and found it's way back to where it began.....no just a piece of jewelry.....but also the perfect christmas story

From the beginning of the project, Ann was attentive to detail and throughout she did an excellent job of communicating progress, incorporating feedback, and applying creativity to craft a beautiful, unique necklace at an affordable price. It was exciting getting to see my first project on CustomMade come together and Ann was really great to work with! The necklace arrived in a beautifully packaged box and my wife loves it!
