Shipping Policy
Area served: The greater Dallas/Fort Worth area in addition to worldwide service. Shipping Methods: Our shipping method here at Yarncoture is USPS First Class Mail (\*Priority Mail is available for an additional fee\*) for packages shipped to destinations in the U.S. All internationl packages will be sent by U.S. Postal Service. Here on Custom Made most made-to-order items will be handled as follows: IF YOUR ORDER IS A "MADE-TO-ORDER" ITEM PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR PROCESSING AND ORDER ACCORDINGLY. Processing times will be made known to you when you place your order. International Shipping: Extra fees charged after purchase for customs, etc. are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Yarncoture is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses! Please be sure that you have the correct shipping address. Here at Yarncoture is my goal to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase however I do understand that this may not always be the case. Please keep in mind that each computer monitor shows colors differently than the next and I always try to do my best to give a detailed description of each item, therefore I cannot accept returns based on color differences caused by computer monitors. For any other reason, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (each item is tracked to show the exact time and date of delivery) and we will discuss the issue and arrange for a return or exchange if necessary \* ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES OUTSIDE THAT TIME FRAME WILL BE AT MY DISCRETION\* Once we agree upon a return/exchange, I must receive the item back within 5 days and in the exact condition in which it was sent. I will then exchange the item or issue a refund minus all shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee. I am unable to offer refunds on items that have been used or are returned in a condition other than how they were sent (i.e. having been worn, original tags/labels missing, smells like perfume, soiled, damaged, pet hairs, etc). A refund will not be given for items that may be a few centimeters or a half inch off in measurement ...I provide measurements of each item in my listings to provide you with an idea of what you will be receiving in regards to size/dimensions.
