I could not be any happier with my experience working with Nichole! Where or where to begin? I have a non-traditional wedding dress so couldn't find a veil that matched it anywhere. Nichole was able to take fabric from my dress which is more of a champagne/flesh color and found tulle and netting that matched PERFECTLY. She designed the hair comb herself based off of photos I liked and kept me updated through her creation process. At one point, I wasn't loving some pearls she added and when I told her she was totally flexible, removed them, and replaced them right away! Getting a veil for a big event like a wedding can be stressful but she answered all of my questions quickly and nicely and I felt totally comfortable through the whole process. I even needed her to rush ship it and she made time to get it to the Post Office that day. Most importantly, I LOVE the final product and I can't wait to wear it for my wedding.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods: Custom items will be shipped within 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity and materials availability of the project, with the exception of gowns, which will be determined on a case by case basis. I prefer to use USPS Priority Mail.
Maker Policy
Because everything I sell is HANDMADE to order, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges of merchandise unless there is a material defect in the merchandise or if there is an error with the order on our part during the packing or shipping process. If there is a defect or error, you must contact me within three (3) business days of your receipt of the package in order to obtain a required authorization for return. In such event, a merchandise credit or an exchange of equal value merchandise or a refund will be issued. Absolutely no shipping fees will be reimbursed for any reason and any return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. CANCELLATIONS: Because each order is made custom to customer specifications, cancellations can only be accommodated if I am contacted prior to start of production on your custom piece. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES: Shipments that are mailed through the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) will not be refunded due to lost, damaged or delayed packages unless insurance was purchased on such shipment by the customer. Request of Purchase of Insurance and/or Delivery Confirmation are the sole responsibility of the customer. SHIPPING/PACKING ERRORS: In the event that you receive your package and it is missing items or an item is incorrect and does not match the packing slip you must notify Glowlightly within 72 hours of your receipt of the package in order to remedy the problem.
