We could not be happier with this experience. It was our first time having a piece of furniture custom made, and Jay made the whole process incredibly easier. His communication was great, providing details and being patient explaining the differences in wood, finishes etc. I had a specific idea in mind and was looking for the perfect slab - he sent many pictures until we found THE one. I learned a few things along the way and love that I was able to participate in the process, makes our table even more special. Above all, he delivered a high quality, beautiful table, above our expectations. We've had it for only a few days but it's already our favorite place to have breakfast and drinks in the afternoon, and we already got compliments from everyone that's seen it. We are very pleased and highly recommend him!!

Cancellations after production has begun will result in loss of material deposit, custom made products typically have a high percentage of the overall cost invested in the materials required for the project, much of which is unrecoverable after cutting starts. All furniture products are guaranteed to be free of flaws which impact function or integrity of the piece, any issues with function attributable to workmanship will be repaired or replaced based on assessment by Porcupine Designs as to most reasonable means to provide a fully functioning piece, if a replacement is warranted Porcupine Designs will require the return, at our cost, of the original. Wood furniture requires care and maintenance, Porcupine Designs is not liable for issues attributable to improper use, storage, transport, or treatment of the piece. Before delivery Porcupine Designs will provide clear pictures of the finished piece, after the customer has viewed and accepted delivery of the piece, customer has 5 days to return the piece for cosmetic flaws which are attributable to workmanship or packaging issues. Porcupine Designs is not responsible for delivery company damage, installation damage (unless Porcupine Designs is performing the installation), or flaws created through use and normal wear and tear.
