I am giving 1 star only because I am not able to do a review with 0 or negative stars. I ordered the steampunk engraved ball point pen. I paid an estimated $127.00 for a birthday present for a 55 year old. The font used to engrave was not what was shown. The name was hardly visible, online it showed it in a gift box, the pen was put in a slip cover that did not fit the pen at all. No gift box was provided. I left messages both by phone and this web site days ago and have not heard anything back. I am too embarrassed to give this gift to my friend.

I had a custom bolt 30 action pen with cocobolo wood made. It's a piece of art. Well made & beautiful. The craftsmanship is superb & it works flawlessly. I am going to have more projects made by the craftsman & recommend him to everyone. Thank you Eastmans

Just seeing the finished napkin rings (as they were sent to my son and his wife on the East coast) and frankly I am disappointed. They are not large enough for a standard napkin, and the appearance of the wood looks like they were not finished. The "stand" on which they are to be placed is rather rudimentary - a couple of pegs standing upright. Sorry - but on the positive side the vendor was easy to work with as I have indicated.

Cane is beautifully made. I requested the handle is made for a small hand and it's easy to grip. It is light too. I would like to work with him again when I need another one.

No dialogue with the artist. I made my request on line with payment and received a whistle within a week. The whistle is very nice with a good sound. The picture showed a variety of whistles so would have liked to have had some choice.

The key chain was nicely designed and great quality. I am pleased with how quickly I received it.

The wand is very cool. It's a little on the large side but it works because I have large hands. I would definitely do business again.

I needed a pair of extra long knitting needles, large size, large end cap and received exactly what I wanted. I would definitely use Eastman's Heirloom Woodturning's again.
