I have not seen the final product but the pictures look wonderful. It will be shipped within 24 hours. The project took a little longer than anticipated but communication during the period of construction was excellent. Pictures were sent, valid reasons for delays were described (illness, surgery, extra drying of the wood, etc) and the entire process was very professional. I would certainly contact this artisan again if a need arises.

Good communication usually can resolve many issues. If for some reason we could not work something out to resolve an issue, and you are not satisfied when you receive your handcrafted item with in 30 days, you may return it for a full refund of the item price. If for some reason you decide to cancel an order and you have paid the 50% down, you will not be refunded, for it has been used to purchase the materials. So please make sure that you are indeed ready to have the item made for we are then committed to making you the best possible handcrafted item we want you to enjoy.
