Shipping Policy
Area served: Southeastern and south central Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Shipping Methods: Available upon request.

Depending upon the work necessary we can and do provide regular installation work.
Maker Policy
I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I will work with you to the best as I am able to help adjust the design. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Bookcases, shelving units, and cabinetry should be permanently attached to a wall or floor for safety. If the customer does the installation themselves or they hire someone else to install it, I waive all responsibility should there be any type of failure from the structure of the bookcase, shelving, or cabinetry. All warranty claims would be void as well. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
