Our first purchase through CustomMade. Hesitant but took the risk. Extremely satisfied that we did! Marco spoiled us with top notch professionalism, communication, and timeliness. An amazing first experience. A lot for any vendor to live up to. The stools are for our kitchen island. Made of solid hard maple. Very well made, durable, and solid. A very comfortable sit despite selecting the option without a back. Should last us a lifetime.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Marco answered all my questions quickly, guided me through the process, and sent me a product that exceeded my expectations. The bar stools are fabulous!

This was the first experience of working with Marco and I had some specific requests for the pieces. He was a great communicator and quick to respond with confirmation and clarification questions. Once locked the work was prompt, on time and exactly what we ordered. The finished product (four customized stools) look fantastic, the finish is as advertised and the workmanship excellent. My only 4 star (rather than 5) was for the shipping as some of the external boxes were a little damaged. I am sure this was not Marco's fault but I was worried that the stools inside would be damaged. They were not but potentially could have been. Other than this one aspect I give 5 stars all round.

Marco made us 6 of the hand-cupped swivel stools for our kitchen island. The whole process was easy and Marco's professionalism was outstanding. He was very responsive via the website with answers to all our questions and offered great advice about stain colors and other options We are thrilled with the stools -- they are absolutely gorgeous. Marco is obviously a talented furniture designer/maker and he was easy to work with. I am happy with the finished product though the stools he made for me are more irregular in finish and construction than I expected. Overall they are still very nice and I will use and enjoy them.

I purchased three walnut stools from Marco and the craftsmanship was excellent!! Unfortunately one was damaged in shipping (even though it was packaged with great care). Marco quickly replaced the damaged part. Great product and great service!

Marco is great to work with and his work is top notch. Highly recommended.

Marco was incredibly easy to work with and was very responsive. He delivered an amazing product in a short period of time. Our custom swivel tractor stools were exactly what we were looking for and represent true craftsmanship. We look forward to working with him again.

We were looking for non toxic real wood bar stools for our kitchen. It is not easy to find beautiful furniture that is completely non toxic, no VOC, and real wood - not reclaimed wood. Marco was extremely responsive with all of our questions prior to moving forward with our purchase. Once purchased he sent photos every step of the way so that we could see how the bar stools were progressing. He was also extremely fast. It only took 2 weeks for us to receive the bar stools from the day we placed our order - for custom furniture this is amazing since custom work typically takes at least 6 weeks. Once we received the bar stools we were blown away! The stools are absolutely gorgeous. They look extremely high end and it is obvious that they are unique and special. In addition to the look, they are very comfortable and the swivel is an added plus. Thank you to Marco for creating such beautiful furniture for us to have in our home!

The chairs look beautiful in teak and in a modern form that I like. The chairs were also easily assembled. The whole design/make process with Marco was excellent and would be very happy to work with him again in the future.

I'm super happy with Marco's work and my new custom chair! I sent Marco a drawing of a chair I wanted custom made and he was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The final product just arrived and it looks just as I hoped it would. I will be working with Marco again.

We saw the Osteria chairs on custommade.com and loved them. We contacted Marco to have them made in walnut with white leather seats. The chairs are beautiful with attention paid to every detail. Marco's craftsmanship is impeccable. These are perfect in our home. We would highly recommend working with Marco for custom furniture work. He will deliver top notch quality!

We are very happy with the mahogany platform bed that Marco constructed for us. Marco worked with us carefully with the design, which was custom-made for our house. The finished product is magnificant and turned out precisely as we envisaged. My father was a cabinet maker in Britain, and he would have been very impressed. We would happily work with Marco Bogazzi again. Strongly recommend him.

I really enjoyed working with Marco on my dining room table. From the very beginning, Marco was thoughtful and open to my ideas. He even came to my home to see the room and give me some ideas on potential designs. He created a beautiful modern square dining room table for me that seats 8 people. It is truly a piece of art. Marco was very responsive when I had questions. The delivery of the table was handled perfectly. The only downside was that the project took a little longer than anticipated. However, the wait was well worth it and I would highly recommend Marco to anyone looking for amazing custom furniture!

Marco did a perfect job of customizing one of his existing designs to accommodate our extra tall bar counter. The craftsmanship of the modified tractor seat stools is beautiful. He was very communicative throughout the process and the stools were shipped in perfect condition. Great packing. I'd happily work with Marco again.

I enjoyed working with Marco from the very beginning and we are now very proud and happy owners of unique round dining table. Marco lead the design process to accommodate all my requirements and ideas and came up with a beautiful, modern design. He kept us informed through pictures while making the table. The positives – the workmanship on the platform bed was excellent – from everything that shows to what does not show underneath the mattress. Marco was meticulous about leaving step by step instructions written on each piece about how to put the bed together. It is a solid piece of furniture and I am very happy with how it looks in my room. During our initial communication, he provided schematics so that I could make adjustments based on my situation and he was very precise about what he was committing to do. The packaging of the bed for shipment and delivery was done with great care. In fact, the delivery person said he never sees furniture shipped so well. Everything arrived safely and in new condition. There were a couple areas where this project had some bumps in the road. The first was not being clear about when the furniture was going to ship and second, not communicating a change which caused me to miss two day of work. I was told one date and it was not until I wrote back asking about a tracking number of the shipment that I found out it had not gone out. The bed actually shipped one week later – ten days after making my final payment.
