Urban Ironcraft is a niche manufacturer of decorative metal products and furniture. Aside from manufacturing our own product lines, we offer custom fully custom metal furniture. Keep in mind that even though we specialize in metal, we collaborate with local woodworkers and stone fabricators on a regular basis.
About Justin
I've been custom building iron furniture and accessories for over 20 years. My experience ranges from owning a high-end designer home furnishings store, where we offered one of a kind furniture, both purchased and custom built, to now, where we manufacture our own products. We sell through kitchen and bath designers, interior designers, home builders, millwork providers and architects nation-wide. As you get to know me, you'll notice that I'm passionate about the pieces we create. I'm constantly searching for things that will inspire me to create products that are new to the market. And, aside from design, I love having the opportunity to work with people that are open minded and unique.

Shipping Policy
We ship to the lower US48 and can ship with a couple of options. Most of our larger pieces will ship via white glove service, where they bring the piece into your room of choice and set it up. The other option is to deliver curb-side via freight, where you'll un-wrap and take the product inside on your own.

Warranties Seller shall warranty manufactured products for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Defects caused by abuse, negligence, or damage from installation are not covered. Damages arising from improper or incorrect installation are not covered. Certain inconsistencies should be expected and add to the character of the merchandise. Metal finishes may be subject to small variations. Seller is not responsible for color variations and cannot guarantee exact matches between similar items. Returns Returns must be authorized by the Seller. Merchandise sent to the Seller without authorization will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense. Orders must be returned within 30 calendar days after receipt. Seller will not process any credit on authorized returns until the merchandise is received and inspected. Custom Work All custom work is non-refundable. If any imperfections are found due to the manufacturing process, we will work with you to ensure that you're happy with your piece. Cancellations If for whatever reason, you need to cancel an order after it's been placed, know that you have a very short amount of time to do so. If we have started your piece, there will be no cancellations accepted. Our goal is to make sure that you love what you've ordered. We don't ship unless the piece is perfect and we do everything in our power to ensure that it's packed properly so that it can't get damaged during transit.
