Shipping Policy
We ship all over the world! Our products are neatly placed in a wooden crate, the deliverables are padded and well protected. Crates are typically shipped via freight, lift gate will be provided. Assembly may be required. White glove delivery and installation available at added cost.

Our extensive customization process involves constant communication along the way to ensure customer satisfaction. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations - however, should an item arrive damaged, the client has the option to refuse shipment at that time. All terms and conditions are agreed to up front in the client's invoice.
