Shipping Policy
Payment must clear before shipping via USPS, FedEx, Freight.. I am flexible on shippers but must include packing, crate at cost as well as insurance.
Maker Policy
A non-refundable deposit on all custom made to order items is required to start. Our regular production items include our 30 day customer satisfaction if returned within 30 days, but no packing or shipping charges are refunded. in over 40 years there have been zero returns! Most items require a payment schedule of: 50:50% 60:40% for material intensive. Huge contractor projects30:30:30:10%. In other words flexible terms based on time and materials expenses paid as performed in a timely manner.
