Providence Art Glass was founded in 2006 and is operated by two award-winning artists Rebecca Zhukov and Terence Dubreuil. Rebecca began her career as an artist in 1990 and has used her mastery of hand blown glass to create beautiful, natural, art forms. Terence is a lifelong artisan with an engineer’s mind. His skill at translating complex art forms into practical installations gives Providence Art Glass its signature ability to produce stunning and functional design solutions. Their cultural background and education in the Fine Arts provides them with a mutual passion to share their artwork with the world.
Over the past decade, interest in their glass creations has grown exponentially. In response they have focused on building a team of like-minded artisans, and support staff to continue to build their brand. Regardless of how many new products are added, every item is created by hand so that each is unique and conforms to the high standards Providence Art Glass has always maintained.

Rebecca was a delight to work with and her artistic talent is superb. Our lights looked exactly like the picture and she was flexible in matching our fixture colors. We hope to get the lights installed this week, and once up, I'll update the review with how they function/look with the light shining through them. So far, so good!

Just finally opened the pendant lights that were shipped to me in FL because I am moving here from Washington, DC. Beyond my expectations and better than the photos Rebecca sent to me. This was a great project and I am so happy that I found Custom Made and Rebecca. She was fabulous to work with. She listened to my ideas and did exactly as I asked. The finished project is fabulous!!!!!!!!!

Shipping is via Fed Ex. We insure all packages, both domestic and international.

Providence Art Glass Lighting Terms Returns Refunds of the merchandise value or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A return authorization is required before shipping product back, otherwise a 50% restocking fee will be applied. All custom/special orders may not be cancelled once the production process begins. Additionally, custom/special orders cannot be returned for any reason. The goods must be in their original cartons and have not been installed. They may be taken out of the box to view, but cannot have been installed for any reason unless arrangements are made prior to the sale. You are responsible for the return freight back to us. All returns will be credited for the item(s) only. We do not refund for any shipping or handling charges from your original order. Please allow 7-14 days for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing credit card. Damage Policy Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damages or defects within 10 days for a refund of merchandise value or exchange. Damages must be returned in unused condition within the original packaging. Please supply proof of damage or defect, with photograph of package and/or product. Generally, replacement glass and any miscellaneous parts can often ship within a few business days in an effort to correct problems quickly and efficiently.Claims of damage after 10 days may be subject to a restocking fee. If the damaged merchandise requires a full replacement and cannot be rectified with sending replacement parts, we will issue a FED EX call tag to pick up the damaged item and will reship you a new one as soon as possible. Please note that we either need to charge you for the replacement (which you'll be refunded for once we receive your return. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes. Any damaged merchandise needs to be returned to Providence Art Glass. We cannot follow returns made to other locations and no credit will be issued in those situations. UL Certification We recommend that all fixtures be installed by a professional electrician. Although we use all new UL Listed parts, our fixtures and not UL listed as a whole. All fixtures are tested and assembled by a professional prior to shipping. We take great pride in producing the finest quality lighting with the highest regard to craftsmanship and engineering. Providence Art Glass is not responsible or liable for damages caused by third party negligence. UL Listings can be acquired for an additional fee ( necessary for some hotels and restaurants). Warranty We proudly stand behind the products that we sell, and we guarantee the items you order to be free from defects through the manufacturer for (1) year after your purchase date. If at any time within that year you have any problems with the operation of your item, please contact customer service and we'll be more than happy to either send any replacement parts or replace the defective item entirely based on the situation.
