Maker Policy
The initial on-site consultation is complimentary. However, to start the creative design process, a $2500.00 non-refundable retainer fee is required. The fee is payable in two phases. Design development: $1000. Within ten business days of receiving the fee, the client will be emailed indigo blue hand sketches by Paul Rene. Design refinement: $1500. This phase starts with customer feedback via a video call. Subsequently, revised hand sketches are emailed within five business days. This feedback process is repeated until a unique design that reflects the client’s needs and wants emerges. Included in this period are 3D digital sketch renderings. We have a minimum order of $10,000. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: ON CUSTOM JOBS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 3 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD. WARRANTY: PAUL RENE FURNITURE AGREES TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY COMPONENTS FOR THE PERIOD OF 1 YEAR AFTER INSTALLATION. EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY ARE ALL SITUATIONS RELATED TO DAMAGE DUE TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FIRE, FLOOD, EARTHQUAKES, ACTS OF NATURE AND STORAGE OF OVER-WEIGHTED OBJECTS.
