The table that I ordered is a beautiful piece of craftmanship. Alan did a great job in presenting a design for a table that meets my specifications. He provided illustrations that showed how chairs of different widths and depths would fit under the table. He explained the attributes of the Walnut chosen for the table construction. The table was delivered on time at the scheduled date. During the crafting of the table, Alan provided photos and showed how the table would appear with different finish options. The table arrived encased in a thick foam box that was inside a heavy-duty cardboard box. The table was also wrapped in a blanket for extra protection. Alan provided the instructions on how to attach the walnut legs to the cleats on the underside of the table. Installation of the legs was an easy and fast procedure. I would highly recommend Alan for your next custom furniture project. His prices are reasonable and his work is of extremely high quality.

Shipping Policy
Shipments are fully insured against shipper caused damage. Most items are shipped UPS Ground or a freight carrier, if large. Delivery is free only for customers located in the local Austin, TX and Lake Travis area. Shipping cost is determined by crating, size, weight and delivery location. Please provide your zip code and the item info to determine the shipping cost before ordering. Shipments outside the Contiguous United States will be handled on a case by case manner - please message prior to purchase. High Cost Service Area Surcharges, customs fees, and other special charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Maker Policy
Orders may be cancelled with full refund prior to project start. Project start is considered the point at which project lumber or other supplies are purchased. For projects using normally stocked lumber, project start is considered the point at which the lumber is cut for purpose. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping with 50% refund. Orders may be returned with customer paid shipping within 30 days for a 50% refund, not including shipping charges. Return receipt must be within 30 days of delivery date and order must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
