Marco was great. I submitted a 30 yr old BiFold wallet which had many CCs pockets, a coin purse, and an ID window to be replicated. He took the photos I submitted and did beautiful job setting up the replication and shipped from Italy in only 4 days after about a week to create the wallet. Really amazing work and enjoyed working with Marco on my wallet project. He understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish recreating the wallet. If I could give 10 stars for Marco, I would. Marco wanted to be sure this wallet (bi-fold) was exactly what I was looking for to give to my husband. It was a very odd size and very specific. His got damaged and we couldn’t begin to find anything like it already made. Marco was great at communicating and in a very quick manner. We received the wallet today (Dec 3rd) exactly the day I was promised. My husband was thrilled that I was able to come up with what he was hoping for (it was a wonderful surprise today indeed). Shipping Policy
SHIPPING ADDRESS Buyers are responsible for submitting a shipping address correctly. We aren't responsible for checking if your address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided we will not be able to refund your order unless the item is returned intact. If the item is returned the buyer is responsible for any cost to reship. HOW WE SHIP Products will be shipped to you directly from Italy. All goods are shipped to the USA using UPS with tracking. We can’t be responsible for delays if your package gets stuck in Customs. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. With tracking you can follow your item and schedule the delivery when you are at home. CUSTOM CHARGES Products will be shipped to you directly from Italy. Depending on your country, you may be subject to importation taxes and Customs fees.

Please note that you’re buying an Italian product, made in Italy by local artisans who are extremely skilled in their trade. We work hard with our artisans to ensure all of our products are free from any defects. Small irregularities guarantees the authenticity and uniqueness of the products and mustn’t be considered defects, however, on the rare occasions something might go wrong. In those cases, please contact us. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to refund purchases. Special orders, customized jewelry, select one-of-a-kinds, and sale or discounted items are considered Final Sale. We approve returns only if we shipped an item in error or if the item was defective when shipped, and only if you contact us within three calendar days after receiving an item. When contacting us, please include a detailed description and photos of defect(s). If we approve the return, we will provide you a return number and an address for return. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are sent within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified otherwise. Returned items should be unused and must be returned with original packaging, tags, dust bags and any enclosed documentation. Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
