I run a craftsman studio specializing in many different handmade items. I have been doing leatherwork for almost 20 years, painting, pottery, and stained glass for over 20 years, and started building custom acoustic guitars in 2020. All of the work I do is one of a kind, I build specifically with my client in mind. This type of work takes time, but in the end you'll have something truly unique. I could specialize in one thing, and crank out hundreds of them, but I appreciate the craftsmanship and creativity it takes to make something special and different every time.

Brandon was a dream to work with! Not knowing who, nor what, to expect from CustomMade, it was sort of a crap-shoot. Brandon Undeberg was very communicative, sincere to meet my needs, and affordable. Covid struck his business so I could only give him 5 stars there, but if 6 were available on the other criteria, he would receive them. The shortcoming on this transaction was the web presence of CustomMade. Their limitations made it VERY difficult to communicate with Brandon and to pay him. They need to offer PayPal to simply the process.

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
I ship mostly by USPS and UPS to the united states. I'm willing to ship anywhere, but those costs will have to be paid by the buyer.
Installation Policy
I generally do not do installations unless it happens to be for a local client. I would be willing to discuss installation, but prefer that you use a local contractor to install.
Maker Policy
Return Policy: I will take returns if there is something wrong with the item, if you gave me incorrect measurements I will NOT take a return. I'll work with you to make it right, but with the cost of materials I cannot afford to pay for your mistakes. Refund/Cancellation Policy: If I have ordered materials for your project my warehouse either charges a 20% restocking fee, or refuses returns altogether. If I can return materials, I will give you a refund minus the shipping and restocking costs. If I have already begun cutting your pieces, or started on your project, then the 50% down payment will be forfeit. Communication Policy: During your custom build I will be happy to answer any questions you have, give you updates on the build etc. Because I spend most of my day working, I may not be able to give updates immediately, but I try to return all messages within 24 hours. Many times during your custom build I will need additional information. Please be available to answer those questions in a timely manner.
