Sealed

OUR STORY
First off, thank you for checking out my website! Sealed began as my creative outlet, and I'm so lucky to be able to create for others now! I received my first sewing machine (a Brother Pacesetter, which still works!) as a Christmas present from my parents when I was 7, and I've been sewing up a storm since then. I would come home from school and instead of going to soccer practice like a normal child, I would retreat to my machine to complete the new curtains and matching pillows I was making for my playroom or to finish the cushions for my dad's boat.

Fast forward 10 years, I was still sewing but was told that I needed to go to college for something that "could actually make money"… so I went to become a nurse. I received my Registered Nursing license and did that for a bit, but after every shift I would come home and troll the internet for new fabrics or work on one of the dresses I had previously started sewing. I liked nursing, but I would find myself thinking of different ways to hem a dress while doing wound care.

So when I had the opportunity to sew full time, I jumped at the chance!
