I design and make furniture in my one man shop using both domestic and exotic woods and veneers to create functional, touchable pieces that showcase the beauty and warmth of wood. Using traditional joinery and best practices, my pieces are handmade, often one of a kind, heirloom quality statements of craftsmanship.
I am retired military and used the GI Bill to follow my hobby of woodworking and interest in design to the Professional Craft in Wood program at Haywood Community College. Two of my projects were selected as finalists in the International Woodworking Fair Design Competition.
Our home is the curator of several pieces of furniture, some made by family members, that we will pass on our children and grandchildren as part of our family's legacy. My desire is to do the same for others.

Shipping Policy
I prefer to personally deliver a piece to customers, place it and make the personal connection with them. If shipping is required, I will work out with the customer the preferred and least expensive carrier or means.

I will work with each customer to guarantee that all their needs and requirements are met, however, if a contract is cancelled within the first thirty days a full refund will be provided. Later cancellation will affect the refund based on the percentage of project completion. Returns will only be accepted based on defects in workmanship with a 75% refund of the cost. Any repairs needed which have been caused by manufacturing will be done at my expense. Any repairs caused by abuse or acts of nature will be done at owner expense.
