It takes 8 hours to make wool shoes, 2 days to dry and finally to glue and sew the rubber soles.

We ship WORLDWIDE. We can offer the drop shipping. We use Registered Priority Air Mail EMS - the order arrives in 10-14 business days. \* We also can offer (please email us) shipping with DHL (the shipping cost is 52 USD per pair) - the order arrives in 2-4 business days.

Each pair of wool shoes/slippers/boots is handmade to order and personalized. MAKING TIME After we confirm the order details with the customer, the order will be exclusively handmade in 5-10 business days. RETURN & REFUND In every case I'm are asking a customer to check the size of wool slippers and tell me their personal needs. Therefore, a customers buying my product is informed how to make the order, how to find the correct size, how to measure their feet length. Each of my product is customized to the customer, so the return of goods is not possible because I do hand-make each order individually and according to customer needs. In my return policy I do not offer any returns, but only the one case for returns could be if the product is with the defects or the product performance is different than the one agreed with the client. Therefore, these conditions are our return policy.
