Most large products ship via private trucking carriers that specialize in handling custom products our preferred carrier is Events Direct. Smaller items can ship via FedEx

The client has the right to cancel the order at any time during the design stage, once the rendering has been approved and signed off on and Payment been received an order is non refundable. Returns are excepted due to shipping damages,failing to meet a clients delivery deadline.
