ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Gainesboro, the county seat of Jackson County, Tennessee. I've worked in metal fabrication and tooling for 30 years, and have owned my own shop since 2001. Our town has fewer than 1,000 people, and almost everybody knows almost everyone else. So whatever you're building, it had better be good, or you're going to hear about it!

NAFFCO Metalworks makes heirloom-quality furniture for home and business. We use both traditional and state of the art tools and methods to build furniture that stands the test of time. Our furniture is 100% designed and built in Gainesboro, TN, a small town just 70 miles east of Nashville. I was born and raised here in a tradition of hand-turned craftsmanship.

Shipping Policy
We personally deliver our furniture at no charge to the customer within a 50-mile radius of Gainesboro, TN. We personally deliver to locations within a 50 to 200 mile radius at a charge of $.75 per mile. For other domestic (US) deliveries, we use Old Dominion freight carrier or a carrier of the customer's choice. Freight costs are set by the carrier and are based on distance as well as size/weight of the item being shipped. Contact NAFFCO for a delivery/shipping quote of any item to be purchased.

Maker Policy
REFUNDS AND RETURNS NAFFCO accept returns within 30 days of delivery for NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS only. Any returned item must be in the exact condition it was sent to the customer. A Return Authorization must be obtained by calling NAFFCO prior to the return of any item. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return to NAFFCO, minus shipping, packaging and any third party costs associated with the return. NAFFCO is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of any item being returned until it is safely received at our shop. In the event the returned item is not in the same condition as it was sent, NAFFCO reserves the right to withhold all or part of the refund of purchase price only. CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of authorizing the final order. if a custom order is cancelled later than 72 hours after the authorization, a percentage of the purchase price will be retained by NAFFCO and will be calculated based on the amount of work performed/materials acquired for the project. Completed custom orders cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
