Our company is a family-owned business that specializes in crafting boutique bass and guitar amplifiers and cabinets using various solid woods. We also offer customization services for amplifiers and cabinets of famous brands like Marshall, Fender, Music Man, Roland, and others.
With over 50 years of experience, we have designed practically any possible configuration of bass or guitar amplifier and cabinet. We use the necessary acoustic equipment to make sure that you get a high-quality, professionally designed, and produced product that is worth every penny of its price. Shipping Policy
When you purchase an existing product, we will ship it to you within five business days of receiving your payment. Further details regarding shipping your custom-made product will be discussed during the order placement process. By default, we use UPS and FedEx Ground shipping unless you request a different method during the order placement.

Merchandise Return Policy: We do not accept returns for custom-built products without prior authorization. If you wish to return a product, it must be in its original condition and packaged in its original packaging with all hardware and documentation (if any). All custom-built-to-order products can be canceled or returned for a 50% refund. Please note that the buyer must pay for return shipping, and the item must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, all returns are subject to a restocking fee. We do not accept returns on installed items, and returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days of original delivery. No shipping costs will be refunded, and shipping costs will be withheld from the refund if a free shipping option is offered to the buyer. We will only accept returns of items sold "As Is" if we authorize the return specifically for that item and in terms and conditions specified by us. If you receive an item with some issues, we can offer a prepaid return of the item to us for repair, and we will ship it back to you in complete working condition at our expense. However, if we find that the item has signs of alteration or attempts of repair/modifications, the two-way shipping and repair costs will be the buyer's liability. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to use any equipment they purchase correctly. Sometimes, buyers may experience issues with the performance of their equipment due to a lack of knowledge about how to use the specific gear properly. We advise buyers to contact the manufacturer of the product for more information about its correct usage before submitting any complaints or requests. If we accept a return of an item purchased from us and find that the item is in good working condition, then the buyer is responsible for the two-way shipping of the item. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to our shop and then forwarding it again to the buyer. If you decide to cancel your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Sometimes, we may cancel the order if we receive the cancellation request before the product is shipped. We reserve the right to decline order cancellations and payment refunds for complex built-to-order projects.
