From the initial response to the finished product Rick was professional and awesome! He delivered to me a beautiful cutting board that has now turned my very small kitchen table into a butcher's block. Multi purpose and absolutely beautiful!

The project we did turned out awesome. We will definitely get more stuff made.

It was great working with Rick. He was available by email for every question and had quick responses. The finished product is just what I wanted. I will work with Rick again!!

I knew right away that working with Rick was going to be a good experience. The communication between us and each others feedback was probably the easiest time I have ever had someone start a project and finish a project in my life. Right from the get go Rick sent me a picture of the sign I was looking to have created. From there the next picture was a completed picture of the sign with the option of making some changes, which I did. My sign came out PERFECT. It is going to be a great Christmas gift for my wife. Rick Shafer did an absolute phenomenal job on our sign. Hurricane Micheal did a number on our sign, I wanted basically the same but with a little twist... Rick did it again...... phenomenal job.

Ok, first the good. Rick helped me to design something that was exactly what I envisioned, and he sent pictures so that I had a very good idea of what the finished product would look like. He was professional and timely in all his communication and the finished sign looked great. On the downside, it's a great sign but probably not worth $140 at the end of the day. Also, shipping was crazy - $20 for shipping that took over a week. This is largely out of the his control, but he might consider a different shipping method. Overall, I was very happy.

This product was more than I could’ve imagined it was perfect exactly what we wanted! Will work with this maker again!

Customized product proposal responded to in <24h, easy communication with selected maker, able to meet my request design, and very well done. Extremely pleased.

Rick sent a picture and it was exactly what i was looking for. Delivered on time, packaged with out a scratch. Will use this vendor in future.
