CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri is a custom crystal embellishing shop. From high heels to entire car & verything in between… if you can dream it, we can CRYSTALL!ZE it! Every one of our items is hand embellished with 100% genuine Austrian crystals that have been the world's best and most brilliant for over 100 years.
Custom projects welcomed! You can choose your own design, crystal colors, and amount of crystallizing to get the look YOU want, as well as working within your budget. You may also choose to send your item in to us for crystallization, or have us purchase a new one for you (for example, a Lexus car emblem). No job is too big or too small!
CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri is run by Briana Layfield (that's me!). I'm a 31 year old native of southeastern Pennsylvania, and my favorite color is bling :) I had been crystallizing for over 6 years before establishing my company, and I think the fact that I made things for myself, rather than others first, really helped me learn a lot about the craft. I got comfortable with the process. I had room to make mistakes and change how something looked; I could take my time and let my inner perfectionist come through. If the quality isn’t up to par in my eyes for my own use, then it wouldn’t be for anyone else, either. I have a very high standard to which I hold my work. I'm extremely passionate about my career and can't wait to work with you to see what we can create!

I think u do great work but the part where I the customer describe wat I desire is not clear....8 5hought I was ordering a plate that was entirely blinged out not just stones on the side that's not clear......also I purchased a dimmer knob from u as well n it did not fit my dimmer....I ended up having 2 purchase a dimmer that wld fit the knob....smh anyway....like I said ur work is gr8.....jus description of wat I want is very confusing ESPECIALLY ON AMAZON

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
We ship all of our items to the USA fully insured via USPS Priority mail. Most items, except where noted, have shipping prices listed. Exceptions may include completely custom or very large items, like instruments. In these cases, you will be given a personalized shipping quote prior to purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including charges incurred by shipping their item to us for crystallization. We do ship internationally, but please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase if you reside outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for all customs fees incurred, should there be any. CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri does not quote customs charges, as these vary and are not always charged. Customs charges are not included in the shipping quote given to you. We are also not responsible for items getting damaged or denied in customs.
Care, Warranty, & Returns
Warranty, Returns, & Care: Each item comes with its own set of care instructions. Generally, we recommend hand-washing all car parts, and spot cleaning or hand washing all clothing (not delicate cycle in the washer, literally washing with your hands). Do not put any clothing items in the washer or dryer. Do not run cars through a car wash (although we have not seen damage occur from car washes, we can not cover this in our warranty). Auto accidents and dropping of the items are also not considered normal wear-and-tear. If damage occurs as a result of any of these circumstances, the warranty is automatically void. We are a custom crystallizing company, and therefore our warranty does not cover the items themselves that are bought from an outside source (for example, tech failure of a cell phone charger). Our warranty covers only the work done by us: crystallizing. If damage occurs during shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to send us an email describing the damage along with a photo within two days of receipt. We will then file a claim with the shipping service. All packages are shipped from us fully insured. CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri has a limited one year warranty from date of purchase on all of our work. Keep in mind that losing a crystal or two is very normal and will happen. If, for some reason, more extensive loss of crystals occurs within the first year due to normal use, there are two options available to the customer: 1.) The customer can email us photos of the damage, and we will send a repair kit, which is free and includes the appropriate glue needed to repair the damage. 2.) The customer can choose to mail back the part, and CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri will do the repair work for free. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. That being said, we do not accept returns for any reason, including changing your mind about color or style. Once an order is placed, we invest money in materials and time for labor to complete your item, as mostly everything is custom and made to order, so please be sure you're happy with your design before purchasing!
Car Parts, Emblems, & Accessories: PLEASE NOTE
CRYSTALL!ZED by Bri is not responsible for incorrect fitment or related issues. If you order one of our parts or request a new one to be purchased and sent to us for crystallization, you must be sure that it will fit your car. No returns will be accepted based on incorrect fitment. The easiest way to ensure this is to send us a part that is taken directly off your car. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to purchase. We are more than happy to assist you!
