Mference & Co is a family owned metal and wood fabrication business since 2010. Our specialty shop and studio can make any type of part or custom creation needed for a specific purpose. We use a variety of materials, such as stainless steel, brass, hard woods like oak, maple and mahogany to fabricate parts or custom creations for our clients.
In addition, we provide Auto Cad design help, machine shop services including CNC milling / routing , manual lathe, special small drilling , precision boring and reaming work, fine manual engraving work plus deep rotary engraving on our brocading machines.
We have over 30 years experience in precision machining related to the aerospace and medical parts industry. Quality fine wood and millwork also comprise the extent of our processes.

Shipping Policy
We ship by UPS ground services in the USA . All items are sent with a tracking number in email and we also track to make sure the item arrives on time , we want a satisfied customer.
Maker Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 100% refund on all NON custom items we make. Very important information, if your item is damaged or lost by UPS , we will file the claim with your imput. All refunds will be sent by us to you by PayPal .The insurance we provide on the package with comprise the entire amount you as a customer spent for the project which will include the shipping costs, in some cases the refund amount will be more due to the way the final project costs appears. A point to note, the fabrication timeframe is arbitrary, we try to maintain as close a time as possible to complete the project, if a customer is not receptive on communication as needed , the project stops regardless of time until the customer responds back to a needed answer we require. We want to be fair and a good business of the community we serve, but if a customer abuses this process, we address it to protect our interests. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the initial custom order. After material is ordered when the proposal is accepted, if the customer cancels after 24 hours, The initial deposit will NOT be refunded. If the order is canceled halfway through the project, we will refund 50% of the deposit, due to the expense of material involved. Images will be sent frequently to update the customer on the progress. Finally , if a customer is satisfied with the project by the images they receive, but are not content when they actually get the item, NO REFUND is given on any custom orders. We will work with you if there is any problem with your appreciation of the work being preformed. We desire to have content and satisfied customers, which is our goal. All NON custom Items must be in SALABLE CONDITION when returned for a full refund. We provide a 30 day money back policy to you on all NON CUSTOM items. All custom orders we produce are NON REFUNDABLE, due to the nature of the specialty work preformed. Sincerely Mark
