Maker Policies Our mission is to make you happy. That is why in the unfortunate case you receive an incorrect or defective item, please let us know asap, and we will arrange a quick return for you. We usually give 30 days to do so. If the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24h of receipt of the goods with a couple of photos showing the problem. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE Custom or made-to-order products of any kind Any item that has been altered or installed Any item that is not in resellable condition Any item that is not in its original packaging Any item without a prior return authorization If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, except returns due to damage or product defects.
