Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Will ship anywhere in the United States. Large orders may require installation or Personal Delivery which will be done by Fjord Form or a licensed contractor. Shipping costs will be calculated based on location and size of order.
Maker Policy
We take great pride in our work and warranty all of our products to be free of manufacture defects. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns. If customer is unhappy with their order, we will work with the customer to find a solution within reason. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
