This type of thing has never happened because people are typically excited about having a custom piece, and very satisfied when it is there for them to enjoy. But if I had to have a policy it would be as follows: No Refunds. If a product is unsatisfactory it can be returned and repaired or replaced. Cancellations can be made if project has not begun the production prosess and if so there is a \*40% fee. \*Negotiable
