Working was Dave Paddon was easy. He created exactly what I wanted in the serving tray I ordered. The finished tray is done in a masterful way.

Dave was willing to add a final revision fairly late in the game. I think the holiday season got away from him with the timing and communication check-ins. He was very easy to work with and the end product was exactly what I was hoping for and more. For my first experience with custom made, I was impressed with every step of the process.

The project was very complex and David did an excellent job meeting my needs. The Custom Made Web Site was great in locating several furniture manufactures who were willing to work with me; however, having a middle man between me and the builder became a problem. I would have liked direct contact with the builder to ensure questions could be asked, answered quickly, and decisions made that would improve the quality of the project and met both our needs.

David ran into problems with the finish that he bought and was able to work with the supplier to resolve the issue. I will use David again for future projects.

I should have submitted a review years ago! Dave made a custom hutch that I drew. It is a perfect addition to our kitchen, sturdy and still in great condition years later! We’ve got many compliments!

Dave did an amazing job producing a beautiful one-of-kind piece for us that sits in our front hall, with everyone that sees it telling us how beautiful it is. I would definitely Dave and Windy Woods Design again!
