Shipping Policy
Area served: Also see my full portfolio at http://www.behance.net/erlinghope I am local to the East End of Long Island, but have completed large projects as far as Colorado and the Carolinas. Shipping Methods: Work can be crated and shipped, fully insured, or delivered and installed, as the project, location and budget determine.
Installation Policy
I can install personally or provide detailed instructions, templates and specialty tooling, as required. My studio is CAD capable, and can host real-time graphics-enabled video conferencing to bring all members of a team together on larger or more complicated projects.
Maker Policy
We take great pride in our work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
