Bob and Colleen were in constant communication and took extra time to make sure they understood my project. They also sent design plans and photos as they worked on it. Colleen was very easy to work with. She kept communication open and was very timely in her responses. She answered all of my questions without any issues. I asked for adjustments on the final piece and she had them done without a second thought.

The final product was amazing! Very beautiful and just perfect. Beautifully carved wood, stained and painted the colors of the wedding. I'm sure my friend will love it as her cake topper and a keepsake after her wedding. I'm really excited for her to see it on her big day!

Colleen is absolutely fantastic. I gave her a very broad idea of what I wanted and she came up with a great design. My box was incredibly clean looking and solid. Nothing gets stuck or moved too easily. The color of the wood stain was exactly what I asked for. She even notified me of a slight shipping delay due to extreme weather in Montana. I was looking for something special for my sister and her husband's 25th wedding anniversary … I had "something" in my mind and through email exchanges the Palmer's were able to create a beautiful gift for my my sister's anniversary … in addition, they were able to get it done in a rather short timeframe … the name plaque is lovely!!
