Katherine was great!!

The ceramic trivet is beautiful.....as a photographer and artist,mspecializing in let portraits, I will keep this idea in mind when deciding on special occasion gifts for the animal lovers among my friends and family members

We are not happy with the finished product. The picture is blurry and out of focus on the trivet. If the photo that we sent wasn't of high enough quality, we would expect the company to advise us of that fact. We will not be giving this trivet as a gift as we had intended. We are very disappointed.

I am THRILLED with the outcome of this project! Way exceeded expectations. Quality is excellent. I will use them again and HIGHLY recommend!

Katherine from Rocky Mountain Tile made custom trivets depicting the kitchen in our family home when we were growing up. When the picture needed to be re-sized, Katherine was very helpful. The trivets turned out great and are now special keepsakes for family members!

Katherine is the best, and the delay was on the tile manufacturer's end, not hers. Once the tile was in her hands, she made me a masterpiece. Rocky Mountain High, indeed! There's no other photography company for me, and I can't wait to send them more interesting projects. Thanks!

I would have liked the artwork on the ceramic coaster to be a bit more distinct [there was a bit of fuzziness to it] but I believe that was due to the image I provided, which I believe had to be blown up to fit the size of the coaster. It's my understanding that when an image is increased in size like that, there is often a loss of definition. In any event, Ms. Bullis was prompt, professional, and timely in her service, and I would work with her again.

Wonderful service, she got back to me right away. The product was great, and the shipping was super speedy. I was very impressed!

When I was searching for a product that I was finding difficult to buy, the big retailers just did not have what I was looking for. I found Custom Mades site and typed in the product I was wanting. I was pleased with the overall project. I understand my painting had to be sized to fit the 6"x6" tile, but was disappointed that the complete design was cut. I am stilled happy with the craftsmanship by Kathy Bullis. The colors are exactly as I originally painted. Your website is difficult to maneuver. However, your customer service rep was prompt to reply, and he straightened things out.

Katherine did a fabulous job. She made personalized photo trivets with only a week notice for both my mother and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She was able to ship both products out from one coast to the other without any problems. The communication was fantastic. Even though the final product was sight unseen from my end (since I had both shipped directly to the end user), I and my family members couldn't be happier. Both mothers have said they are too beautiful to use as trivets and will be hanging them on their wall instead. Thank you again for the beautiful product and courteous, professional service!

The maker was so easy to deal with. We had a couple of challenges, nothing unusual, with the project but Kathryn was professional and responsive. I would highly recommend her if you want some creative work done!
