Orders are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, the above ship date is an estimate only– the ship date is not guaranteed. If your fixture arrives damaged, please report within 3 days of receipt by sending photos to info@shakuff.com. Please retain the original packaging for inspection. Cost of repair or replacement will be determined on a case by case basis.
