Shipping Policy
Area served: We can personally deliver projects to customers in the West Michigan area. For customers outside our are we have several shipping options available and they can be discussed on a per-order basis.

Maker Policy
We take great care to communicate what we are making for you and take great care to make a high quality custom project that is tailored specifically to you. As we are creating a project that is designed just for you, we can not offer refunds or returns for any other reason than a flaw in our design or workmanship, which is extremely rare. Once you place a deposit with us on a project, we will order materials and do work. If you wish to make significant modifications to your project after we have received your deposit we will adjust our project price accordingly. If you wish to cancel your project after we have received your deposit we will evaluate the work we have done up to that point and refund you balance minus our work and materials. We offer shipping as a courtesy and do our best to protect your project from shipping damages. All damage claims are the responsibility of the carrier or you the customer. In the rare case of shipping damage we will certainly help in any way we can to help expedite the claims process.
