EarthShack does not offer a Refund on Items that are Custom Made. We do offer repair free of charge if defect in workmanship is discovered by customer and the custom item was not damaged during shipment or by customer. To date, EarthShack's retail store has not received one return item that was custom made. It is recommended that all shipments be insured for the value of the custom item plus $50 to cover packing material. When custom item is quoted, estimated shipment may also be included to set customers budget expectation. EarthShack does not accept returns on custom items. If an item is cancelled after our quote is accepted, the 50% deposit will be forfeited plus an additional charge of 20% of the balance will be charged. We do appreciate the awareness and value of Hand Made and we truly enjoy creating and delivering custom items to our customers. Thank you again. Bill
