When building custom pieces we strive to make sure our customers get exactly what they want, however sometimes mistakes or miscommunication happens. Our company makes every effort to solve these issues to everyone's satisfaction. All sales are final. Jobs may be cancelled not more than four days after acceptance of proposal. Refunds will be made via WePay within 15 business days. If the job is cancelled more than four days after acceptance, the company reserves the right to retain a portion of the deposit for materials and other charges. Refunds will be made via WePay within 15 days of receiving cancellation notice. If your item is damaged on delivery, the purchaser must contact the shipper regarding insurance. We take numerous photos before shipping, and make all efforts to package your items safely. If you need repairs/ touch-ups. Contact us immediately. If possible these will be made in your home. If the item must be shipped, all incurred shipping costs to our shop and back to the customer are the customer's responsibility.
