Area served: United States (some other countries as well, but please inquire prior to purchasing). Shipping Methods: Due to the various sizes of our products, please inquire for shipping costs. Local pick up in Houston, TX is welcomed. Shipping charges listed are only an estimate and vary by location. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. All shipping quotes will be quoted standard freight (meaning, the freight company will not bring it inside the home, up stairs, etc.). If you need a shipping price for additional services such as these, please be sure to email for options. We ship all our items fully insured. Please inspect the shipment for any damage and contact us immediately at 562-619-4748 in the unlikely event there is damage. Also, any damage or other issues must be indicated on the shipper’s paperwork at the time of delivery. Deliveries without damage notated on the carrier's paperwork at the time of delivery will be considered "received in good condition" and Combine 9 will not be able to repair, replace, or refund your item(s).
Maker Policy
Each item is made to order. Turnaround varies and can be as short as a couple weeks to as long as five weeks or more (although it's rare it's that long). Please contact us for our current turnaround if timing is important to you. We can customize all made to order pieces to fit your needs; please be sure to let us know what changes you would like BEFORE placing an order so that the price can be adjusted. Prices given in the listing are for creating the unit as pictured, with the dimensions stated. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Should a shipped item get returned as undeliverable, shipping charges (both there and the return) will be charged and a minimum of a 30% restocking fee will apply.
