Everything is handmade one by one in our woodshop. We frequently keep cutting boards in stock, making them a quick buy. Picture frames, clocks, custom cutting boards will be a quick build and we ship promptly - we have a record of 100% projects shipped on time. When we say 2 weeks, we mean 14 days guaranteed.

This is the most beautiful and unique cutting board I've ever seen. I bought it as a birthday present for my boyfriend and I couldn't be happier with the result. The website is quick and easy to order from. The cutting board arrived a lot sooner than I thought. It was packaged securely and there was no issues when I opened it. I am impressed. For Cutting Board Two Sided W/ Breadboard Ends
Patrick Joyce did a fabulous job crafting 2 "boards" to serve as a "table" over our unused master bathtub. Everyday the gorgeous boards are a work of art, hiding wine bottles stored beneath them. In our small 1400 square foot 2 bedroom condo, when our house guests use the guest bedroom, the beautiful table over our master bathtub becomes precious private surface space for "whatever". For example, I move some sports gear from the guest closet and place it on part of the table. I have even grabbed a pillow and lounged on the table while having a cup of coffee. At a party, a board can be easily removed from the tub and used in the kitchen, dining, living, or balcony space as a buffet or bar service. A portable glass waterfall table is over the bath fixtures part of the master bathtub. Since everything is portable, in a few minutes the space can be returned to a pure bathtub. I sent Patrick a photo of the tables over the tub, which he might add to this review. Patrick did a great job of packing, addressing, and insuring the boards. When FedEx lost a package for a bit, Patrick immediately communicated with FedEx and me, and got things back on track. Patrick is a wonderful artist, and a good manager. Custommade worked well as the website portal.

Shipping Policy
We ship to all 48 contiguous states. We always use insured shipping through FedEx - except in cases of larger furniture. For large pieces it often makes sense to hire a furniture moving company because they are better equipped to pick up, handle, transport, and deliver fine furniture to residential areas - and at a much cheaper rate. They personally pack, carry, transport, and place the furniture in it's new location.
Maker Policy
As always, we take 50% deposit including half of the shipping as a guarantee to begin work on a project immediately. We notify when it is complete and the 2nd payment is requested. We can see immediately when that payment has been made, and we go ahead with the packing and shipping promptly. We expect all of our customers to be thrilled when they receive their custom-made piece. Should anything be not as expected or different than originally discussed we remain diligently in contact with you through custommade.com and/or phone/email. Should you wish to return it or have it altered, it is our policy to pay for shipping to have it sent back to us, altered as arranged, and then we pay to ship it back. In most cases, we offer our customers three options: 1) Complete refund 2) Start over and remake the entire project 3) Make alterations to the original project We believe in treating you as we ourselves would want to be treated.
