Gary made a beautiful piece for us, the Bookhive. It was well constructed and finished as we had discussed. My wife and I can't be happier with how it turned out. I am in love with my new cedar deck table. It's literally the perfect piece for a deck we built a number of years ago. Gary's work is lovely and this project makes me want to hire him for other custom pieces I've been thinking about. Really happy about this purchase and the connection with both Gary and CustomMade.

Gary was a great communicator throughout the project and kept me abreast on his progress. He was open to meeting in person (we live in the same city) on multiple occasions to discuss the project and offer choices at critical decision points in the project timeline. He is very thoughtful and able to provide a number of solutions to customize the product and make his customer happy. The final product exceeded my expectations and I would work with Gary again on another project. He is a true professional.
