Becky did a great job. She sent regular updates and LOTS of pictures for approval. All items came exactly as ordered. She paid attention to detail. Everything is beautiful!

Everything was late I am very glad I didn't order on a time table. The dress was supposed to be finished in October 2018 but I didn't get it until Jan 2019. That being said the work is perfect and worth every penny. If I ever have to get something custom made I will come back to Ms Becky.

Becky was easy to work with and the product was delivered on time, beautifully done

The project was supposed to be mailed by 12/20/18, in order to arrive by Christmas. When it wasn't mailed on-time, I purchased other Christmas gifts for my son, as I was concerned I was being scammed. I texted the maker, and she indicated that she was shipping the project out via overnight express, and that she has been awake for 36 hours completing various projects for clients. The project did end-up being mailed 12/22/18, but I didn't receive it until 12/24/18. When I opened the FedEx envelope, I immediately got a migraine. The costume smelled horribly of smoke; I am allergic to smoke. When I asked the maker about the smoke smell, she indicated that she did not smoke. Thereafter, she followed-up and said that no one in her home smokes. Regardless, I had to remove the smoke smell, so I asked the maker about care instructions for the project. She indicated to hand wash the item, which I did. When I washed the project by hand with water and Woolite, the blue color rubbed-off of the fabric. I don't know that I can blame the maker for this, as I chose the fabric via various internet URLs that were sent to me. However, I had no idea the fabric couldn't be laundered, or I wouldn't have chosen it (toddlers who wear costumes every day are obviously going to need them laundered.) This project was supposed to fulfill a seven-month-long dream for my son who is nearly five-years-old. I had no choice, but to let him open it on Christmas, regardless. He was surprised, and happy, but immediately remarked that the antenna on the mask were flopping over (not properly secured), and that the blue was rubbed-off of the fabric. Overall, I would have been satisfied, had the following occurred: 1). project been mailed according to the contract, 2). project not exposed to smoke, 3). project made with a fabric that could be laundered, and 4). antenna been secured on the mask. Overall, I am feeling like I did not receive the value that I paid for. I will be leary of working through this website, going-forward, as this was my first experience with CustomMade. sjm

It took a while to complete, I requested my vest at a busy time from Becky. However, I would definitely put in future orders. She is very professional and tried to keep me in the loop as much as possible. she put a very creative spin on things which made my vest look even nicer. thanks again!

I love the coat that was made for me. It was exactly as I described to her. It was very tight across shoulders though; a bit hard to lift arms up high. Once the deadline came and I had not heard from the maker and received no coat, I reached out to find there was delays that pushed the deadline back a month. It would have been nice to actually get to use my new coat in winter but I was compensated with $50 off. I was not happy to be charged $150 shipping when my $500 coat was delivered in a box shipped at $15. There could be better packaging then the smallest box possible you could stuff it in. The work was far too beautiful to have been delivered that way. Consider a silk drawstring bag! Overall, happy with end product and glad I didn’t get ripped off since full payment was made without receiving any product.

I cannot praise Becky and her team enough! The professionalism, communication, time, willingness to help and everything were just fantastic. A wonderful experience and highly highly recommended.

Becky is an amazing seamstress. She made my Titanic dress first, and I returned for my next project, Grace Kelly's "Rear Window" dress and was blown away by the accurateness of the skirt. This looks spot on to the original piece with my added changes. I am very happy with the dress. Becky made it very clear what my options were for your needs and wants and helped establish your plan within your budget. All materials and labor costs were discussed and a price was reached that was more than fair. As a returning customer, I received 10 percent off my total order! If you have any question at all, she will answer it, and put you at ease during the entire process. she's recommended products to help preserve my dresses and will give you care instructions. I received my order later than I was supposed to and didn't go to a fitting, but Becky informed me as soon as she could. I was very grateful to not be left in the dark. The whole team at TBS is very respectful and just as excited about your project as you are. I will be coming back for sure to work with Becky again. Pauline

I’ve been satisfied with the suit. But, it was hard for me to stretch when I tried to reach on the ground without ripping, It took too much face paint to wash off, and there some holes I’ll have to fix. But, then again, I’ve tried the suit and appreciated it. Thank you.

She was great to work with. All my ideas came to life with her knowledge. She worked with me on the parts of my outfit that didn't work out all the way. I'm already working with her on my next items.

I just received the union suit today. I it is a little snug, but fits ok. It also looks GREAT!. One question, how do I wash it?

All around wonderful. Never dealt with someone as helpful, kind and dedicated before. Highly recommended.

Becky was very communicative, and did a good job making my mom's and my wedding shoes. She worked with us to achieve our goal, and was a pleasure to work with.

Becky Armstrong, my contact person and creative seamstress, is awesome. I would recommend her most highly for any project. I had a concept in mind, without particulars, and she made it work for me!!! My husband enjoyed his Valentine's cape, and we enjoyed the loving touches that Becky added. The gift arrived, as promised, the morning of Valentine's Day and was enjoyed by all. Thank you, Becky!!!
