Maker Policy
Our cabinets and furniture are built with the utmost care and craftsmanship. We use only the finest lumber and materials in everything we build. If you receive something damaged or not to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving your concerns. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Due to the time involved in quoting and building custom work, all quotes are good for seven business days. After seven days you can request the quote be resubmitted and if accepted the quoted delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
